Cleanup & Forum Upgrade

I feel like I've been in a constant battle the past week getting this forum cleaned up. But things seemed to have calmed down.

If this starts happening again, I'll be shutting down the forums until I'm able to fix it permanently.

Note, I've disabled all of the forum addons in an effort to try to find where the intrusion keeps happening.

I just finished upgrading the forum software. Lots of the errors I kept seeing were due to bad addons on both the main site and here on the forums. Not to mention, a lot of the functionality was just completely broken due to the upgrade to the latest version of PHP.

Hopefully this is a bit more stable now.
