As unreliable as game release dates are, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spider-Man:_Web_of_Shadows has a date listed as October 21, 2008. I do find it unusual that they have an actual date rather than range ("Fall 2008", "Oct. 2008", etc) though.
